Terms and conditions
We currently only accept credit card and EFT payments, for EFT you will have to send us your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with the relevant reference number in order for Mantsho to process your order.
Once we have received your order, it can take 3 – 10 working days to reach you. We will keep you updated as much as possible – just click on your Mantsho account and you can track your parcel from there. If there are any problems, don’t hesitate to contact us on 071 881 4828 or 061 8541460.
Shipping Policy (Mantsho Lifestyle Items Only)
Please note that Mantsho Lifestyle offers two arrangements for a client to receive their furniture/home decor item(s) after a purchase has been made. View shipping policy here:
Pick-up allows the client to collect their Mantsho Lifestyle item(s) from the Mantsho store after a purchase has been made. The purchased item(s) needs to be collected within a space of three days of purchase. If failed a storage fee of R200 per day will be charged after the three-day period.
Mantsho Lifestyle solely makes deliveries to neighbouring places within Gauteng and not beyond the province. Mantsho Lifestyle will arrange a third party driver to the client’s given delivery address. Mantsho Lifestyle will take full responsibility of shipment, should anything break we will refund or restore item(s).
Delivery Beyond Gauteng
Clients who wish to purchase Item(s) and have them shipped beyond Gauteng need to arrange their own driver. Once a shipment has been arranged and released from the store, Mantsho Lifestyle will not be held responsible for any damages.
